This game show offers an opportunity to win win a prize of $10,000, if the correct case is guessed by sending a text message to the specified number given.

I sent in my guess which was the correct answer, however there was never a return call to me regarding whether I had won or not. After this show had ended I then received a text message back stating and I quote, "You can't vote for the Lucky Case Game right now. Tune into NBC to see when the game starts."

I am currently checking with my cellphone company to track the time the message was sent, and I have a witness that knows this message was sent prior to the case being revealed.

They simply could have said nothing, not that my submission was late, when I clearly know it wasn't. It's not every day that you actually end up guessing these kind of things correct, and I feel that I deserve the $10,000. My submission was correct and timely, and I don't appreciate them telling me that it was late. It costs 50 cents every time you send one of these messages to them in addition to your cellphone carrier. Why would I waste my time and money to send a message after the show has ended. I'm so incompetent that I think I could sneak one by, and no one would notice.

Anything you could do would be appreciated.
