The Best Buy Reward zone program is a total scam. I made my purchases in 8/05 and here it is 12/22/05 and I have not gotten the reward certificates.

I have called the company at least twenty times and there is always a new excuse. If anyone would like to do a class action suit, I would be happy to participate. They should not be allowed to get away with this thievery.
