Internet broadband of mtnl

Sir, I am a costumer of mtnl using broadband Internet

line since last 4 months but I am not satisfied with

the line as I could not use the same every day some

problem comes with the line i.e. some time the window

open and says that line is not connected try again

when i see the below window it shows that line is

connected some time as i log in to the net suddenly

the window open ask the password I have made servile

complaints on 1504 of mtnl but no response to my

complaint by using this mtnl line my computer has

working very slow please do the need full for the

complaint and obliged.

This is Michelle Myers i recently purchase few items from spicybags.com, i have confirm with them that they receive the returned items, it has been almost 60days now, and still i cannot get my refund back to my card, they refuse to provide me with a telephone number, i am expecting 140.00 dollars to be credited back to my card, i wrote my credit card company and ask for help.
