Dish network / My Dish fell down after 12 days of installation

I got a contract with Dish network and got a dish installed on Nov 17th and it fell down on Dec 2nd without any wind or storm all the dishes in our complex are still in their places, I called them up and reported the problem even after 20 days my dish is still sitting in my kitchen,everyday there is a new excuse and i have written emails to Dish network and never got a reply, and the technecians admit the installation was faulty and sub contractors to not follow all the norms to cut costs.

Despite my regular calls nothing is done and they keep on giving me the run around for the past 20 days.
