Complaint about AT&T Callvantage

Company: Complaint about AT&T Callvantage
Category: Other
I have a serious complaint regarding AT&T Callvantage which I had mistakenly signed up for and upon realizing their modus operandi I had promptly terminated the service and paid off in full as well as returned their equipment. Now months later, they are sending this mail demanding some payment and threatening collection action. They do not include any way to dispute the debt in writing via mail or fax and insist that you call their toll-free line. I cannot call that number since I will be out of the country and further need to have a paper trail because the rodents that they are they conveniently disregard the spoken and agreed matters all the time. What are my options for protecting my interests and challenging them by invoking my rights.
