Tat Indicom Broadband Connection

Sir,

I am from Cochin Shipyard. I had applied for a connection for a

broadband connection for the Company on 09 December 2005. The VSNL

personnel promised to give the connection within 7 days. But till date

(20 December 2005) no action taken in this regard. I registered

complaints (Compliant No. 2744767, 2747562 and 2762752).

The concerned person Mr. Nawshad Mobile No. 9249408054 promised me to

send the technical person to install the connection. But he didn't

turned up. After some time he switched off the phone.

Again I contacted Mr. Aswin Phone No. 9895092092. But nobody has taken

any action.

If this is your attitude, it is sure that you will loose yourself.

I therefore give necessary instruction to your personnel to take

immediate action.
