BSNL (Faridabad) Phone Connection TO THE GENERAL MANAGER BSNL
I am a resident of Sector 21-D, Faridabad. My phone no. is 0129-2462004. I find that about 10-20 days for most of the months my phone is dead and I have to call up and complaint about the phone being out of order[WHICH IS KIND OF VERY TIRING AND IRRITATING FOR A PERSON]. The person who sits to answer the calls and give consumer complaint no. has no manners and is rude most of the times.
Even though I have complained about the phone being out of order even then I am being charged the rentals for the period that it was out of order.I dont know when this problem is going to be fixed.
Even now my phone is dead. Please look into this matter and take necessary steps to fix the issue.
