Blue Pocket Trumpet/Ebay auction

I found a site on Ebay called KK Music which had excellent feedback I

had experienced ebayer's checked out the KK Music site & gave me the

thumbs up to go with them. Making a long story short the Company sent

me 2 Trumpets at different times with the blue lacquer coat inside the

valve chambers( they also claim mother of pearl is on the keys which it

is not). I'm forwarding email exchanges that tell the story & I have

plenty more. My purpose of contacting you is manly to let the public

know that ebay is not policing its sites. It claims to be a just a

neutral broker yet it collects fee's from a site who is a "power

seller" who is sending out defective merchandise mostly to beginning

music students & their parents who don't know any better!

Ebay has been informed by me that this is happening and I have the

trumpet in question w/ the email exchanges which provide proof but they

won't get involved and allow it to go on.

I consider ebay a co conspirator with KK Music since they now know

whats happening and continue to collect revenue off the sales. The

money issue on the Trumpet isn't a big deal but ebay allowing this to

go on is.
