I purchased 2 Motorola V330 with Bluetooth from Costco 11/28/05 everything was fine until today 12/17/05


One of the Bluetooth adaptors failed, I switched the adaptor from the other phone and it works fine on both phones


but one will no longer connect to either. So I called customer service at T-Mobile, I was taken through a short


check out of the phone then told to call Motorola that T-Mobile doesn't support Bluetooth. I called back and asked


for a super visor, at first she was nice then told me they don't support Motorola phones to call Motorola, I told her


I just got the phones and had only had them 17 days, she said to bad your out of your 14 days return time so there's


nothing you can do. I told her I would voice my dissatisfactions on the web and she said I was threatening her. I am


sorry, to complain when service is not rendered is not a threat it is a right! I called Costco back and was told not to


call T-mobile I would not get any support there, just bring the phone back and they would exchange it. So be warned


if you want to sign up with T-mobile.
