Bell South Rewards

I was promised a $25 Target gift card for signing up for home telephone

service on the internet. I mailed the form in on 6/10/05 and months went

by and no Target card.

Since then I have called on 9/15, 9/27, 10/07, e-mailed on 10/25.

called on 11/25, and e-mailed them again on 12/16. Each time I get the

same response, they need "a little more time to investigate", and all I

seem to get is the run-around.

My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and

the corporate office of Bell South, then file a law suit in small claims

to sue for either $100 Target card for every month they kept me waiting

or for the max allowable by law.

It's a shame how these big corporations can screw with the consumers

like that.
