travel values and reservation rewards/ i have no idea what for

i ordered some christmas presents online from these places and got a

reward back of $10 on my next purchase but i declined all monthly

service options..... i don't know why i have been charged this month $9

for each of them automatically deducted from my checking account but i

think its HORRIBLE i never gave them permission to use my credit card

information to bill me for anything except what i ordered ...... is this

an on going thing and how do I stop it i can't get a hold of anyone at

either company?????
