a dud tilia canada I bought the tilia foodsaver550 First time i complained that all my bags weren't sealing properly and was told to send 50 dollars along with the machine and they would upgrade it.The seal strip wasn't working and they returned the machine and realized it was the same one fixed as they say. I went to my freezer to take out berries i had sealed and to find all bags were full of air.I am discouraged as to having a machine that is worthless to me and am very dissappoited that you figured you could just change the strip and pass it of as a fix. When i talked to a person in the help line i was told i would recieve an updated model for the 50 dollars i sent. I am so upset that i think i am going to take this to the better business bureau because i feel i was dooped as a consumer and feel all the fish and meat i have now in my freezer is your fault to the freezer burn and am upset that you didn't help me but now i am with a machine that is worthless. you did send other bags to compensate for the ruined ones before the machine was suppose to be fixed. I feel you need to take this machine and send the one you said you would send ( the updated version) for my 50 doolars. I am not a happy consumer as you can see .I see everyone with the same machine and they are happy. Why did you send me my faulty one back? I think you need address my problem as to the fact i have in the meantime purchased 2 sets of your canisters and because i love to cook and bake and would love to preserve my food until i use it.
