urban florist .com allows you to select delivery date, but to contrary
expectation delivery was not honored for choosen day. If a person
decides to cancell they want a $15.00 cancellation fee which is
inappropiate. ie. I order on the 15th to have it delivered same day,
didn't get delivered then nor next day on the 16th. Attempting to get
e-mail is difficult, because of no replies. Phones call recording
options #! for ordering is available but, #2 and # non functional
(tracking & consumer service consecutively. I should have gone to my
local florist and pick up myself. This online is an inconvenience
approximately 48 hours late and counting.
