Thieves and liers of M and K travels at Bay Area

I did book my reservation and ticket on 1st week of sept, for a family trip

to India. I had tickets from them before, and never had any problem.

This time, they ask me to send the money within 3 days. I sent them the

check for four tickets. A blank folder of Eva Airways came to me, including

the trip schedule. I called them, and Mr Paul told me they are the eticket.

I'm supposed to get them when I arrive at the check-in counters.

On 9th of dec, 2005 ( a week before my departure date ) I called the

airlines to findout if indeed we have everything confirmed. And much to my

surprise, they said that the agent could not show valid tickets, so the

whole reservation was cancelled.

>From that day on, I've been literally after them, and they are lying one

after another. I was willing to negotiate alternate route to my

destinations, they were either busy with meeting, or busy with something (

there is no way I would know how busy they are). And I've been a long time

customer.

Now they reserve for 18th, but they could not get the tickets. It is

alternate route. I see the reservations are made, and confirmed. But why

they can not buy the tickets when it is available thru the airlines. IT'S

THEM WHO SCREWED IT UP TO BIGIN WITH. They dont want to pay extra. It is

very likely they sold off our seats to someone for a higher price, now they

don't want to pay. You or I get screwed they don't care.

When I asked why can't you buy tickets for us. He said, can you pay from

your pockets to this agency and get the tickets and I will pay you whatever

they charges. They are running a company, and they can not pay right ?. And

I've to trust these people that they would pay me back of whatever I pay.

And where the heck I'm going to comeup with this high price for these

tickets.

It's been a very frustrating experiance. And I can tell that they would not

be able to give me tickets for the new trip plan.

Well, the whole vacation is in a mess, even before it started.

I will sue the company for sure. They dont deserve to be running a business.

Should be put behind jail
