Watch out Net Zero !

My name is Kim .I had got a 1 year contrast with Net

Zero high speed internet with $9.95/ month.After a

year ,It raised $14.95/month,and then I swicth to SBC

DSL ,I called to cancel with Net Zero service.They

gave me Confirmation cancelation number .I thought

that was it ,but about two month later Net zero posted

on my credit card to charge me $4.95/month .I called

to ask them why they charged me that money they told

me that for back up plan.I told them I did not ask for

that and I wanted them to reserve that amount for me

and make confirm cancelation one more time .They did

and promised to reserve $4.95,but at that time they

already charged me two months service for back up

plan. I felt so bad of Net Zero.They are trying to

cheat customer and collecting every peny,That's so

cheap and very bad business. I 'm really want to tell

every one that 've got business with Net Zero to be aware
