Quality Paperback Book Club I have been attempting for over three months to communicate with Quality Paperback Book Club regarding my attempts to join which I have done (actually) three different times, ordering the six book fulfillment at sign up, via their web page.
Each time I have signed up on their web page I receive a confirmation of the sign up and then nothing else happens. No emails, no books received, no postal mail information forthcoming – absolutely nothing.
I have tried emailing their Customer Support department per the Contact link on their web site. No luck with that either – never have received a single response to any of the three emails I have sent them.
>From what I see on line searching Quality Paperback Book Club complaints, I am not alone with this problem; however that is little consolation considering I am actually purchasing a service of theirs and willing to make communication attempts with them, thereby alleviating their time and costs involved in resolving a situation.
