Paradise Doll Galleries: Baby William Dolls Ordered 2 still haven’t received.

I ordered two dolls from Paradise Doll Galleries on October 16, 2005 and paid in full for the two dolls. I received an email conformation stating that my doll would be shipped in 10-14 business days. Today is December 16, 2005 and these dolls are Christmas presents for my daughter and my niece. I have emailed the company four times and received no response from this company. I have phoned the company three and the first time I was told my doll was shipped on December 3, today is December 16, 2005 still I have not received the two dolls, my check cleared the bank October 30, 2005. I phoned the company twice today the first time I asked if I could have the tracking number for the shipping provider they used. They gave me a number for the United State Postal Service and told me what my tracking number was after being put on hold for a long period of time. I read the number back to them. I hung up and immediately checked the number and according to the United States Postal Service Web Site no record of that number exist. I immediately called back again and explained the situation and asked to speak to a supervisor was told there was no supervisor in. I demanded to know when my package would be received or if I would get it in time for Christmas. The person on the phone could only give me the same tracking number that did not exist and could not help me any further expect for my order was shipped out on December 3, and there was no one in the building that could assist me with my problem. I believe this is a very shady company and would warn people not to use this company. I have purchased many items online and thru other doll companies and have never experienced this kind of problem. Horrible customer service and horrible at returning phone calls or getting back to. The dolls may be inexpensive but it’s not the service that you receive.
