My prepaid mobile service

Hello Airtel,

My airtel Mobile no.9818203197 (Prepaid).Since last four months,when the recharge time came near i got a message from airtel.It will says that thanks for using airtel live.But i can`t use airtel live to download.But when the message arrives, my balance should goes on -30 Rs.This month it will shows -50 Rs.But i am aware that i dont use airtel live and i am not assign any collar tone or dial tone etc.If any action take about my complaint ?.Whenever i ask customercare (9810198101) nobody will give attn my complaint. I think if the action willnot taken immediatly, i go to consumer court.And also i want to know the office adds for Airtel Newdelhi Branch (I am residing in Noida. U.P)
