Irrresponsible Toyota local representative office

Dear Sir:

Please direct this email to the customer contact service covering the middle east/ or Japan company hdqtrs: I have prepaid for purchasing a new Toyota Camry grand through Irtoya the official dealer in Tehran Iran, but they seem to have lost the cheque for our second (of two) installments. Despite repeated calls on their head office in Tehran, they have impartially and irresponsibly kept us idling with no affirmative action being taken to correct the problem. My bank has confirmed the transaction to Irtoya's destination, but the company people say they have simply lost the $16,500 cheque!
