Godrej Pentacool Fridge Sir,
This is Glenda Fernandes from Kanjur Marg Mumbai. We had purchased Godrej Pentacool last year somewhere around in October 2004. Just hardly a year and the Fridge has stopped functioning. It is really hard to believe that the cooling is not there at all in the fridge. This is really strange. My husband called up your Godrej Technician. He came and he said that we have to pay 1100/- plus for some part to be changed. Now wot I really fail to understand is that when the company has given warranty period how come he is asking money from us. Secondly he said that his charges are Rs 275/- for per visit to our house. (i.e From Vikhroli to Kanjur Marg). This is really disheartening.
I m really sorry and afraid to say whatsoever the reasons may be but if Godrej continues with such degraded services then it will stand nowhere in the market. The reputation of the company is definitely going down first of all with such a filthy product and secondly non reliable customer care services.
