DHL- LG phone: my terrible feeling

Hello,

I have trouble with LG 5225 phone and send back to the manufacturer for repair. LG uses DHL ship back to me, the first return from LG after three weeks and I received a DHL tag. They won't deliver until after many times contact, many time promised "next day delivery". Finally, it turned out a joke when a DHL customer service confirmed that my package was lost ????!!! I had to call LG again for a new RMA. 3 or 4 days later, my lost phone returned after about 3 weeks on hold in DHL " next day delivery."

Then I found out that the return LG 5225 was also a defective one. I had to call and did everything again. LG then DHL.

When I write this email, my package is being hold by DHL on the third day from the day I received the tag. I made 2 phone calls to customer service (1888-273-8876) and again " promise next day delivery".

It is almost 7weeks for me to waiting for only one defective LG phone.

I really disapointed about the way DHL work and the quality of LG 5225 cell phone.

It is really hard to open a business but it is much harder to maintain it.

To me, there will be no more DHL service and may be no more LG phone.

What a terrible experience!!!!!!!!! especially when the two bad things were combined together.
