My daughter's birthday is Sunday. I received an email from Build-A-Bear workshop on Tuesday confirming that the order had shipped 2nd day FedEx. I arrived home today, Friday, to find that the package hadn't arrived. Three seperate calls to FedEx confirm that a shipping label was created but the package was never sent. Calls to Build-A-Bear workshop were frustrating. I was on hold for 13 minutes and the customer service representative tells me that they sent it to FedEx but is unable to give me any further information, ship a duplicate order to be sent overnight, or even allow me to speak to a supervisor. A supervisor is to call me back tomorrow, but it's too late for my little girl who is having a Build-A-Bear themed birthday party on Sunday. Build-A-Bear Workshop has been quick to debit my bank account but their other services are sub-par.
