I am literally sick with disguise with this company. I wouldn't wish my luck on anyone not even my worst enemy who has treated me better than Boost Mobile has. My problem began with changing my number on November 1, 2005. I called in advance to make sure of the correct process. And yes I made sure I was on english speaking operator assistance. The wild songs and crazy talk while you are on hold makes you wonder (why did I pick this company for my cell phone needs).
