Airtel- """CHEATERS""""

Dear all,

i deactivated this number 98407 06781 on 31st August thru mail as i went to US for official purpose.

when i came back by Nov 15th i tried to re activate my number from that time im having lots of problem

they said me to pay Rs.620 as rental for those 3 months period while my mobile was deactive.

i dont know y. they said i received calls. i dont know how i culd receive the calls if the mobile says SIM REGISTRATION FAILED.

then after lots of trouble i spoke to one Mr.Paul Raj Nodel officer who gave me a waiver and reactivated my mobile. (he can be contacted in 9840098400 Extn 2424)

even then after that my mobile has been deactivated 4times and many people are visiting my residence and creating a issue with my mother who is alone in my residence.

pls understand this is a corporate card and if any thing happens like this im going to make this a serious issue and will also sue u people bcoz i have all the necessary proof to show the problems.

then when i askd they askd me to purchase a new sim card in the nearby airtel show room for free. ( this was said by customer care team leader Mr.Saravanan). when i went to Anna nagar,chennai Airtel Reach they say they cant replace the sim for free,when i contacted Saravanan from there he just changed upside down saying u have to pay for sim sir.

i thought if i get the connection its fine so i spent Rs.331 and purchase a new sim card then too the problem is like no one activating the sim card.

PROBLEMS PROBLEM AND PROBLEM always with airtel.

im not speaking for the money but for the service airtel does.

if u people would not be able to activate that mobile just cancel my number instead dont creat lots of mental torchure and other things.

im very very very very very fed up with airtel's issue.

this would be my last ever connection with airtel and hereafter i would insist all to move away from airtel

worst service. always wrong bill, ECS not going properly inspite of balance in A/C, deactivation lots and lots

pls dont cheat people....

very sad to hear that a gud concern like airtel does these services.
