I just wasted 15 min typing my question to panasonic of america. When I typed to send, nothing happened. Several tries later, still no go. this is an unethical business practice. many businesses do this. the governments are not doing anything about this. if a business does not want any emails oar online forms, they should block filling the form at the very beginning. but they want to appear to be listening to the customer, only to trash all the complaint in the end. why do the govts taking taxes doing, if not protecting customers? everybody is conspiring to cheat the consumers. but most of all the consumers and consumer organizations are very stupid in not complaining about this.
