Thor's Hammer in Austin Tx (512)326-4332, is

apparently making a business out of ripping people

off. A disabled man went in with some pristine

condition D & D cards, "Jason" who said he was the

manager, went through the cards and picked out what he

wanted to "buy". Made a deal to pay $1500 for the

cards, gave the disabled guy $300 cash - because it

was all he could get out of the cash register at the

time, promised to mail a $1200 check immediately.

That was the first of December. The check never

arrived. Many visits and phone calls to this store

have produced no results. Can you help my brother

(the disabled guy, Jeffery Uitermarkt) get his money?

What can we do? Thanks much.
