The www.autosupplyusa.com website was easy to navigate and order from, but no product was ever delivered. When I would call the only number available, I would get a series of "product is backordered" excuses, each with a later estimated date. I tried three times to speak to someone in "customer service", but never received any callbacks. All company communications are apparently handled by e-mail, with no way for a customer to actually speak to anyone. After two months I was forced to cancel my order and purchase elsewhere. I did not lose any money and am not alleging fraud or theft. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
