I received an email advertising free trial samples of eye serum on Increaseyourhealth.com. I ordered the product and paid the shipping and handling fee. Once you receive the sample and if you do not cancel, you are on their AUTO SHIP program and are charged to your credit card $45 - $50 a month and conveniently receive the product monthly. I didn't want the product so I canceled. I later receive my credit card statement with a charge of $45. When I called to request the charge be removed, I was told that I should have returned the product, which by the way was suppose to be free. They charged me full price for a sample.

I can't believe that companies are allowed to get away with such fraudulent advertising on the web.

Please research this and prevent this company from fraudulently taking money from any additional persons.
