To Whom it may concern:

When I went through your Starbucks location on 2062 on Ave K. in Lancaster California and had a bad experience. I ordered a Venti Jave Chip with no whip cream and I repeated my order to your employee and she repeated it back to me. When I recieved my order it had whip cream on it and I reminded her that I asked for no whip cream. Your employee gave me attitude and was very rude to me. I am very disappointed with the service that I received at this location. I feel that Starbucks employees need to know what customer service means especially when they work in a customer service field. Thank you for your time.
