Shipping department promblem with 1/2 of my order.

 

Here is the letter I sent to them, with no response as of yet

I have called several times regarding the shipping of the rest of this order. On Friday 12/10 I called and was told "It was getting ready to ship". When I called on Monday, I was told the same thing. I was told by one of your customer service reps. on Tuesday, that she would email me with a tracking # when it shipped. She never did. I called again on Thursday 12/15 to find out why I wasn't emailed and what the tracking # is, and was told that there was a problem with the shipping department and the order had to be reprocessed a couple times, but it would be shipped out by Monday. Now.... on your email I received on 12/3 it stated.

 

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. You can expect to receive your wallpaper goods in 4-10 business days, unless you have upgraded to express shipping. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days)

 

 

Which Monday 12/19 I should receive my order. I called back on 12/15, to discuss cancellation of the rest of the order due to it not being able to be received when originally stated. I explained to her that the wallpaper was for our sons new room as a Christmas surprise. I told her I would be driving to York Wallpaper company to get what I needed in order to finish my son's room by Christmas. I told her to just cancel the order.

 

She told me that she could not cancel the order because it had been shipped.

 

I asked for a tracking number

 

she said she didn't have one because it hadn't been shipped

 

I said, I thought you said it was shipped, and she said it was in the process of being shipped, (whatever that means)

 

I told her whenever it did arrive, I would be returning and order and because I feel like your shipping department has messed up my order being shipped in a timely manner, and your customer service people are incompetent of telling me why or when my order would be shipped and when it was returned I do not want to be charged the fee.

 

The VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING customer service rep. said there was nothing she could do, and that I would pay the restocking fee.

 

I told her "I know you don't care that I want to get my sons room done by Christmas.....

 

She interrupted me and said she did not care, and said she didn't like the way I was talking to her.

 

I told her I am sorry but I am upset she should be trained to deal with upset customers.

 

she said that was not her fault, which I agreed but,

 

I asked to speak to someone who could help me and she said there was no one who could help me, and very rudely stated that it was my problem.

 

Even though I was upset, the customer service rep, did nothing to help me and practically ridiculed me, I felt as though she was trying to make me more upset....and suceeded.

 

I DEMAND A FULL REFUND OF THE 4 ROLLS OF FENCE BORDER, WITH NO RESTOCKING FEE. IF THE ORDER CAN NOT BE CANCELLED, THEN I WILL RETURN THE ROLLS, WHENEVER THEY EVENTUALLY GET HERE.

I ordered from USA Wallpaper on Dec. 14, 2008. The order was confirmed on Dec. 15, 2008. On Dec. 16, 2008 I received an email that the style had been discontinued. On Dec. 16, and again on Dec. 22, 2008 I inquired about my refund paid through PayPal totaling $120. and was told it would take one to two billing cycles to get the money back in my account (up to two months) even though they never had a product to ship! Criminal action should be taken against this fraudulant company. I have filed with the BBB.

I had a similar and still unresolved issue I had time to wait for my order, but was put off two weeks at a time until I finally cancelled the order three months after I placed it. Now, Dec. 2008 I am still fighting for a refund of $143.00 that they have had since June. Not Happy.

I know what you are going through...I ordered a wall mural from them January 8, 2008 and the representative told me it was in stock and it would be mailed out tomorrow and I should receive within five days. Six days later I called to see status since I received no further emails and was told there was no way possible that my mural would be available in five days (making me sound like a liar) and settled for there answer of two weeks. It has now been several chat correspondences and it is always two weeks, two weeks�.last correspondence on February 26, 2008 they were not even able to tell me a date and blame everything on manufactures problem. On February 28, 2008 I found another supplier and ordered the same product and it is already in transit to arrive March 3, 2008. I cannot believe I wasted my energy on them. I am hoping to save someone else from this nightmare. Now it is the chase down of my credit.
