House built by Ryan homes in Feb 2004, used Patriot windows throughout. Have large half round palladium window in rear of house that has dirt in between pains of glass. Patriot claims that the problem occurred due to window tinting which voids warrantee. However, this problem was present BEFORE window tinting was applied. We had a Ryan home built in Aug, 2004, also Patriot windows. They SUCK. TERRIBLE. Drafty in the winter. I would be surprised if the next owner get's 3 more years out of the windows. Recently we moved into a used home that had the original aluminum windows. Believe it or not the very used home we are now in with the "bad" windows are far less drafty than the "brand new" windows we had with our Ryan built home. We have had problems after problems with Patriot windows. JUNK.
