Harbor Freight ( The Zoo run by Baboons ) Professional behavior problem. This occurred at the Pleasant Hills Pittsburgh location on December 14th around 6:45pm. The staff are bunch of kids and I mean just that kids. The manager stays out of sight and lets the staff just wing it and I mean wing it. My wife and I were trying to check out after shopping for a half hour with an estimate of $200.00 worth of merchandise. At the cashiers counter the cashier was on the store intercom looking for staff to help her. When they did not respond she asked them over the intercom " Are you ignoring me or are you just deaf ". One of the stock boys (kid) responded by telling the cashier over the intercom " they can get the it themselves I don't have time to help them" he meant the customer. When my wife and I were checking out the kid waiting on us did not know how to operate the cash register and needed her supervisor who also was a kid and the intercom idiot. The supervisor did not have time either and ignored the request to help the unknowledgeable cashier. Everyone in our line was going over to the line the supervisor idiot was operating. We left everything at the cashiers desk and walked out. Just so you know the store was not that busy. NO EXCUSES. If you go to this store bring a video camera it could be worth millions just showing how a bunch of ignorant uneducated kids (Baboons) destroy a companies reputation. Also the cashier supervisor had a customer leave without his receipt. She took off running out in the parking lot yelling hey "you forgot your receipt". Upon her return she told the unknowledgeable cashier in front of the customers in the store "He just looked at me drove away giving me the finger". The Management at Harbor Freight should be Whipped, Beaten and then Fired. Please show this to your friends and paste it to other websites. I wrote a complaint to Harbor Freight and I will bet I don't hear from them.
