Dell computer I tried for over 6 monts to resolve a problem with my computer. I have 30 or so e-mail conversation with their "help Desk" (?) ande many hours on the phone. Most of the phone hours were spent trying to explain to some indian that understood nothing about the language or the computer. Several would spend 25 or 20 min and then say "I can not help you please call back later." TOward the end of my search for someone that could help me I was tokld that they showed I did not have the computer it was returned to them. I have the computer and the payment slip. The one or two americans I talked to would tell me that they had resolved the problem and I should call back ant try again. Another delay ploy. I have in the past installed several Dell products but as of May I am telling everyone I come in contact with to avoid Dell. So far it has resulted in 3 laptops, ane 5 desk tops being purchased from other venders.
