I have been a loyal Bell Mobility customer for over 10 years. My pre-paid account has accumulated over $200 in credit and my original startac phone is no longer working. Bell has changed my account so I no longer get to roll over my unused time. They have, however allowed me to keep my previously saved time. That's like taking everything away from me then giving me some back and having me feel like I got a good deal! All I wish to do is use my credit toward a new or newer phone. Bell Mobility refuses. When I tell them there are competitors out there with better plans then their's they say "Yeh, so?" It's no wonder they lose customers again and again.
