Dealer committed to me that he will send a service engineer for demo at my home same day but after waiting for two days,nobody turned around and I sent a complaint (Complaint no-DMB5 K22002,Dated 22/11/2005) on your complaint site & also talk to Mr Rohit Bhatt about my problem and he assured me to get it done within 2 days & the problem was same after 2 days than i called up again but he just given me some foolish excuses with very rude manners as per thier cateogery. After 9 Days, i got a call from your serive centre and asked me for my problem. last day (29.11.2005) one of your service engineer told me that the warranty of this machine is just for 5 years while your dealer told me at the time of purchasing that the warranty period is for 7 years. i dont know why you harrasing your customers...? So I am very upset about this matter, what the hell services you providing to your customers..? im sure that in future im not going to buy any product from your company as per my experience untill i dont get any good response from your side. waiting for ur favourable reply..
