Auto's Insurances Company Clarendon National Insurance Company 6101 Blue Lagoon Drive Suite 100 Miami, Florida Zip 3312-0000 Dear, On 12/05/05 I call to this company regarding the payment that I make for the month of November for my car’s insurance. The employee, Karry, toll me that my policy was cancelled because they never receive the second down payment for my renewal. I explained to her that I make all my payment on time, and I had statement from my bank that those check was receive from this company. In fact, she check in the system and she discovered that all my payment was on time, but she never accept the problem, she toll me that my car’s insurance will be restore. After to know this problem I decide call my Agency Allstar Insurance Services (740 71 St. Street, Miami Beach, Fl 33140-0000) and explain the problem to them, and the lady toll me that she understand the problem because she receive a phone call from the Clarendon Company. The Agency’s employee was really nice and she inform to me that the next time try to call to the Agency first because they have to help me with all my questions. Three days after this conversation over the phone I receive a cancellation letter from Clarendon Company. I call to my Agency (Allstar) another lady answer my phone call and toll me that I have to call to the Clarendon directly. I was totally confused but I did, and Clarendon say that I have to call to my Agency. A this time my patience was over, I feel totally disappoint with both companies. Finally I call to my Agency (Allstar Insurance Services) and I tried to explain the problem to the “manager” named Alberto Luzando, I asked to him if he will be available to see me on Saturday and he toll me that he will make his Christmas shopping and if I want something for me. I feel like he laugh on me and not respect for my situation at all. I wish don’t have any more problem but I’m not sure about that. Thanks.
