Attached is an e-mail I sent to a person who had the same complaint I have with a company named Allied Interstate. We haven't had this telephone number very long since we just moved to this area recently. Evidently, a person named Guzman had this number before us or the company just has the wrong number. Either way, they are not looking for me or my husband and we know nothing about them or anyone named Guzman. After my third phone call to them, I was assured my number was taken off their list this morning. That remains to be seen, as I was assured of the same thing last week and the calls haven't stopped.

 

When I looked up Allied Interstate on the internet, I found that many more people were having the same problem we are having. When I showed my husband, he suggested that we get it on record that we are also filing a complaint. The people who answer the phone when you call this company are very rude and don't want to listen to you when you try to explain that you are not the person they are looking for. They also don't want to tell you what kind of company it is, only the name.

 

We have just retired and moved here looking for peace and quiet, and we keep getting these phone calls every morning at 8 AM. It is getting very annoying, and I would like to do whatever I can to eliminate this problem. Please let me know if I have any options.
