tmobile/customer service/credit for unclaimed calls

Detailed complaint :

I went to blaine washington which is near to the border of US/CANADA and made calls from my wireless phone 408-215-8283, the wireless provider shown was roger wireless although i was in USA, although i was in USA however i was charged with the calls as per International rate

i made the request to tmobile explaining them the situation and they looked up and agreed to give me the credit, later they denied it although i explained them the entire situation..

they have the worst customer service and made me on hold for long without answer

the service was rude and they were persistent nothing would be done
