Complaint on Internet based company -

Very poor customer service, rude and sarcastic owners???, and would not fix shipping problem.

Ordered shirt as gift for someone. It was too large, so company said to return it and send $2 to exchange item and have other size shipped. We indicated that it was to be shipped to a specific address and we were told to put shipping address on return slip and mark where to send it. We discussed this over the phone and did as they requested over the phone and we gave to them instructions on the return label in large print where to ship it.

They shipped it to the wrong address. When we asked what they would do about it they said they would not do anything...basically that is too bad. Two different people who claimed to be the owners were rude and would not fix the problem. All we asked was for the $2.57 to be credited to our account and we would forward the package. They refused and hung up twice.

This is not a company that we would recommend anyone doing any business at. If they were that rude over a couple of dollars, could you imagine if there was a serious problem?
