Ordered a camera from this company which arrived faulty. Attempted to get a refund or replacement under their 7-day no-quibble guarantee. Returned the item at personal cost and heard nothing for 3 months. The company is extremely difficult to contact and will only respond to emails via their website after 24 hours. Their phone line rarely answers inside 30 minutes.

Eventually received the same camera back in exactly the same faulty condition. Now trying to get a refund but having extreme difficulty as they want me to return it again for a technical inspection.

Avoid this company at all costs.
