Negligence of your Gas agency

Hi ,

I am a customer of Indane gas,having customer Id-T24877.

For the last three days I am continously trying to reach COOKING GAS AND AGENCY.of INDANE GAS.

but they dindn't pick up the phone a single time.And after trying more than 300 times in three days,once they picked up the call

just to say,we can't book it today,call us tomorrow.

Is this the special phone sevice you people are providing to your regular customers.

Please take neccesary actions,n get back to me if possible.
