I also wish that I had seen the complaints before placing an order through jordanalmonds.com on 11/30/05. My credit card was charged immediately, but the order has not been received and efforts to contact the company via email and phone to get a ship date have been unsuccessful. I get a full voice mail and auto response soliciting an order by email.
