Doubleday Book Club Hi, I live in Mission,Tx and ordered the 6 books to start my membership. This was last august.I still need 4 more to fulfill my obligation but the Club for some reason refuses to answer my E-Mails about a very important question. That being that I never receive any paper club details in the mail. Their website is a complete merry-go-round. I will receive an e-mail saying that my book of the month selections are viewable on the main website. I go to the site and try to click on the featured selections and it gives me a blank page except for links at the top and bottom, click on those and we start all over? Called in and some very unknowledgeble person answers the phone and can not answer my question and can not even find my account!!!.
I have sent in an E-mail telling them to cancel my account. They have not even answered that? Very frustating Cay T From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Wednesday, 14-Dec-05 12:13:22 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisThe club literature may appear to be junk mail when you receive it. It comes in a 5 x 7 envelope, brightly colored with large lettering all over it. If you see the return address of Doubleday Book Club on an envelope, open it. That's the club material. For problems with the website, send an email to customer service, but write "technical" in the subject line. That way, they'll forward it to a technician.
