Circuit City- computer

I recently bought a computer at Circuit City in Altoona, PA. I had a flyer from inside the store. The store clerk told me the computer I wanted to buy on the front page of the flyer was not on display but he had 1 in stock. When I got home and opened the box it was not the same computer.

I called the store but there was never a manager available. I was told to call back, this went on for 2 weeks- everytime I called back they would say there was no one available. So, I contacted the Corp.Headquarters in Richmond, which was a big waste of time- I cannot believe they call themselves customer service- I spoke to a "Reggie" in Richmond, Va and I cannot believe the disrespect he had. My thoughts were this guy is probably gonna quit his job tomorrow because I can't believe a member of a management team would allow this kind of language that he used with me. Needless to say I cut the conversation short. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and as many places as I can.
