I purchased a "bundle" from SBC. Included in this "bundle" was phone service, long distance, cell phone, high speed internet service, and satellite TV.

Everything was installed except the high speed internet. I called SBC to find out when that would be installed and was told that it was not available in my area.

I told them to cancel everything. They were helpful and tried to accomplish this, when we got to the Dish people, they said I would have to pay over $200.00 for an early disconnection fee. When I explained that I had purchased an entire package and that the package was not delivered, they were not interested.

Had I been told about the internet in the first place, I would not have gone ahead with any of this.

I have only had this service for six days.

Not only does Dish Network want me to pay this ridiculous fee, but, I now have two holes in my house that will need to be repaired, I had to pay $30.00 to have an additional phone jack installed (I was not informed of this prior to installation), I have to pay to have my previous cable company come out here and reinstall my cable because they cut my wires, and I am going to incur shipping charges to send Dish Network back their equipment.

I am furious, I should have been informed BEFORE any of this took place.
