E Trade Bank- holding title

I payed off my car loan on november 14 with a certified check and i finally received a lien release letter on December 12! Thats right dec 12, almost one full month after I had paid it off and meanwhile all of the managers and people that I talked to there told me that the title was mailed to me weeks ago, when in fact they had mailed the letter three weeks late instead of the actual title. My advice to every one is to never finance a car loan through them because you will go through hell trying to get your title.
