Vacland Web and eBay Store

This company affiliated with Vince Allen of Milford, Ohio has a web store and eBay store called Vacland of Cincinnati, Ohio. Their website http://www.vacland.com about us page claims they ship quickly and your package will arrive within 5 days of shipping. I placed an order via the eBay store and never received the brand name product I ordered. They asked me to call with my credit card information which I did right after placing my eBay order. My emails through the proper eBay channel were ignored and after 10 days I filed a dispute. Finally the next day (Friday) via the dispute system I received a response the product would be shipped Monday. My order was originally placed 11-13-05 and finally on 12/1 I received an item which was partially crushed, very poorly packed and worse yet, he sent me an imitation of the brand name part. On 12/1 we corresponded over the dispute console and he said he would send the proper part. As of 12/8 no part arrived yet so I emailed him and also entered an entry in the dispute console - ignored. It's now 12/11. He is still listing the part and has not claimed he is out of stock. I will be checking my credit card statements because I do not trust this person. Don't waste your time with this unethical person.
