Complain about prudential staff cold calls

Hi,

I want to complain about the woman named Daisy, who made a cold call to me to promote their 3 in 1 plan package, and I was just asking some questions like, 'which person in your company gave you my number to call me?', "what is it regarding?', and some general questions. She just refuse to answer any of my questions, but insisted that I want an answer.

The moment I mentioned I'm not interested in it, she said, "stop asking so many questions!" and hung up my call even w/o saying bye.
