aol music now

i thought a 30 day free trial was a good thing. but what a mistake. within days i canceled my free trail with aol music now. they went ahead and charged my card for 19.98 and 18.44 on 12/3 then 12/8. i even rec'ved confirmation on 12/3 thanking me for tring their "free trial" and then that's not the worst. YOU CAN'T TALK TO THESE MORONS. and aol can't help either. aol tells me they don't have anything to do with aol music now.it took me 3 days to find out that i lose. even in the customer care link their only way to contact them. it does't WORK

SO NEXT TIME YOU SEE FREE TRAIL. DON'T DO IT. I'M OUT 38 BUCKS.
